System Administrator - Azure and SharePoint Specialist

The team consists of six dedicated colleagues, and you will report directly to our Global IT Director. The work environment is informal and characterized by high activity, where we collaborate closely to deliver solutions to customers worldwide.


Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a key player in the operation and development of our Microsoft Azure and SharePoint solutions. You will ensure that our systems run smoothly, provide support to colleagues across the globe, and implement new digital solutions that make a difference. Your tasks will include:

  • Operation, maintenance, and development of MacArtney’s Azure and SharePoint platforms
  • IT support for colleagues and subsidiaries – both onsite and remote
  • Implementation and configuration of new solutions, including cloud services
  • Preparation of guidelines and procedures
  • Troubleshooting and ongoing updates of hardware and software
  • IT security – monitoring and protecting data and systems
  • Participation in IT Service Desk
  • Training – user and application training/digital competence development

You are curious and structured, with a natural ability to prioritize and maintain an overview – even when things get busy. You have a proactive approach and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes, enabling you to actively contribute to creating the best IT solutions for MacArtney.


Your Background

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint (administration, configuration, and maintenance)
  • Experience with Office 365, networking, and IT security
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and automation is an advantage
  • You are structured, service-minded, and communicate clearly
  • You are curious, proactive, and take responsibility
  • You can maintain an overview – even in busy periods
  • You speak and write English and Danish at a high level
  • Certifications within Azure and SharePoint are an advantage but not a requirement
