MARI-TECH 2020 (Visitor)

Given the current situation with COVID-19, we are committed to following Health Canada and government advice or suggested restrictions in the size of public gatherings. Therefore, CIMarE has no alternative but to postpone the Mari-Tech Conference and Exhibition 2020 scheduled at the Halifax Convention Centre, April 28-30. The conference will instead occur in the spring of 2021

Mari-Tech was created by the Canadian Institute of Marine Engineering (CIMarE) in 1976 and is the premier event for the marine engineering community in Canada.

The conference has earned a respected position as a neutral, non-political event devoted to engaging the private sector, government and academia.

Mari-Tech offers an escape from the office to a place where you can visualise, create and discuss issues facing marine professionals with some of the most imaginative and strategic minds in the industry.

This year’s conference theme is:

Vision, Innovation and Trending in the Marine Sector

and will highlight the industry’s hot topics in a series of keynote and technical presentations by distinguished experts from the public and private sector.

The informative technical, practical and interactive workshop sessions will enable you to expand your industry knowledge, learn about game‐changing trends, share new ways to improve productivity and competitiveness and enhance the practice of marine engineering.
