Today, we opened our production for a hands-on showcase of key initiatives from our ongoing LEAN journey.

It was also an opportunity to recognise colleagues who have completed their training and reached an important milestone, with consistent effort and measurable improvements already seen in the teams involved.

This marks a step forward in our ongoing development of operating practices.

Over recent years, strong growth has created both opportunities and increasing complexity.

LEAN is helping address this, not as a standalone initiative, but as a way to strengthen how we work every day.

Our focus is straightforward:

✅ Building a strong daily operational rhythm, aligning departments through clear priorities, follow-up and coordination
✅ Improving transparency and flow throughout the end-to-end value chain to maintain momentum and reduce interruptions
✅ Solving challenges at the source through clear ownership and fast escalation, supported by structured, well-prepared workspaces

LEAN improves efficiency, but at its core, it is about involvement.

Decisions are made closer to the work, by the people who understand it best. This contributes to more stable operations and consistent quality over time, enabling faster and clearer execution.

As our Operations Director, Lasse Rasmussen, puts it:
"We have grown significantly over the past five years. We need to challenge how we work and ensure it reflects the company we are today and in the future."

This is part of our ongoing End-to-End transformation, and the effort continues across the organisation, with clear direction and strong engagement from the teams responsible.
