POST | The next three 50-tonne 4-track tensioners are well on their way
Just one month ago, the last of three 50-tonne 4-track yellow tensioners was safely shipped to the world’s largest CLV, the Fleeming Jenkin. Now we are moving on to her sister ship, William Thomson.
Alongside another two 7.5-tonne loading tower tensioners, a Wheeled Hauler, and a Fibre Optic Tensioner, the second batch of three 50-tonne 4-track tensioners are now being prepared for delivery:
- The fourth CEMAC tensioner is currently undergoing FAT testing at our test facility.
- The upper and lower parts of the fifth CEMAC tensioner have just left our production facilities and are now being assembled by our skilled employees.
- The sixth CEMAC tensioner is in production, being carefully assembled by our teams.
Once completed and installed, these systems will play a pivotal role in supporting Jan De Nul Group’s ultra-deep laying operations with bundled lay capabilities (triple bypass) for interconnect projects worldwide.
