Would you like to experience the world, and are you interested in the offshore industry? Then we have the perfect challenge for you. You will carry out service tasks on our handling equipment, which is used by customers within the marine and offshore wind industries worldwide.

The Position

You will become part of our Service Team, which is anchored in our Automation Department, consisting of 13 employees. You will receive extensive, hands-on training. During the initial onboarding period, you will participate in all Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in Bur, allowing you to become familiar with our product portfolio and key technologies quickly.

In parallel with the accelerated technical introduction, you will quickly establish close cooperation with colleagues in sales, product management, workshop, engineering, and automation. As your understanding of control systems and mechanical equipment increases, you will be assigned your own service tasks.

You can expect to travel between 50 and 120 days per year.

Areas of Responsibility

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that work is carried out professionally and to a high-quality standard. You will independently perform service activities as a Field Service Engineer at customer sites, both on-site and offshore.

In addition to identifying and resolving technical challenges, the role requires that you manage customer dialogue and ensure the necessary support from the organisation in Denmark.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • Remote support (troubleshooting and guidance related to machine issues)
  • Troubleshooting and service at sites, including adjustment of PLC programmes
  • Start-up of service projects, both internally and externally
  • Participation in our 24/7 on-call duty scheme
  • Installation and commissioning of equipment delivered to customers, including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
  • Technical support, as well as training and education of customers
  • Documentation upon completion of service tasks

Your Profile

Highly motivated and customer‑focused, you are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a satisfied end customer. You thrive in an informal, fast‑paced working environment and contribute with high efficiency while remaining pragmatic and down to earth. Taking ownership and responsibility comes naturally.

With a solution‑oriented and proactive mindset, you approach tasks in a structured and independent manner. Over the course of your career, you have demonstrated the ability to prioritise, maintain an overview and consistently meet deadlines.

A technical background as an electrician or similar is expected, ideally combined with hands‑on experience in electronics and mechanics. Solid knowledge of PLC programming and practical experience with both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting are required for the role.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential, while Danish skills are considered an advantage. You are also a confident and experienced user of Office 365.

We Offer

An exciting position in an international company experiencing strong growth and driven by even greater ambitions. We have both the means and the willingness to turn our employees’ ambitions into reality.

We operate at a high professional level, from concept to installation, while providing room for you to develop through independent tasks with corresponding responsibility.

The position is full-time and based in Bur near Holstebro, Denmark. An attractive salary package and an active employee association are also offered.
