MacArtney Denmark seeks: Global Business Engineer - Export Engineer

We are looking for a person with technical interest and knowledge for a position in an exciting and international business, where you get the opportunity to challenge the current set-up. You will be part of a sales team that consists of 28 very competent colleagues. You will get the possibility to dive into an exciting technical world below the surface and take on technical subsea challenges. You will be introduced to and work in the various functions involved in global sales and work with global sales teams, engineers, and customers to come up with solutions to their underwater challenges and enable them to explore the world's oceans. You will report to our Sales Director.
Your overall responsibilities will be within direct sales of our products and solutions. You will assist in technical solution selling. To utilise your technical knowledge, you will participate in clients meetings with sales colleagues, where your expertise is valuable to get the best results for MacArtney and our clients.
Areas of responsibility will also include:
- Market and sell to existing customer base
- Find and approach new direct customers
- Preparing customer plans for strategic customers and using Value-Based Selling
- Support development of distributor network
- Ensure order handling with the desired quality and schedule
- Support to Sales organisation locally and globally in MacArtney A/S
You are a strong team player with lots of energy. You are motivated and driven by working in the cross field of sales, marketing, technology and business development. You enjoy challenging the 'as is', and it's done smoothly with your excellent communications skills. You thrive in an informal, busy working environment. You will build relations with relevant stakeholders and eager to contribute with excellent performance for the best results. You have a proactive approach to your tasks, and you can prioritise these and maintain the overview at all times. You have a commercial mindset, and you are enthusiastic about B2B sales.
You have a background profile that includes:
- B. Sc. Export Engineering
- Experience from relevant business, i.e. during studies
- 0-2 years of experience
- English at a high level, both written and spoken
- Profound skills in Excel and MS Office
