MacArtney Denmark seeks: Front Desk Receptionist


Are you service-minded and eager to provide the best service at our Front Desk? Would you like to develop your skills in an international company? If so, then this position might be just the right match for you!

We are looking for a competent and service-minded colleague who possesses lots of initiative and a cooperative spirit, and who would be ready to provide excellent support to our customers and employees – both national and international. You will be part of our HR team, which consists of 3 colleagues in a busy and informal working environment. Our HR team is also a joint team with our Facility Management and Canteen team – so in all, we count 6 team members who embrace diversity and collaboration.

You will ensure high quality at MacArtney's Front Desk while providing excellent service and support in your role as Front Desk Receptionist. As part of the HR team, it is crucial that you work with confidentiality and always ensure that MacArtney's values are met.

The area of responsibility will also include the following:

  • Handling all incoming calls to MacArtney
  • Receiving and welcoming guests
  • Handling Front Desk mailbox
  • Administrative tasks related to HR
  • Be of assistance with travel bookings, hotel bookings etc.
  • Ordering office supply
  • Coordinating our in-house massage schedule, health checks, flu vaccine, ie.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

You must be service-minded, eager to contribute and have the courage to throw yourself out there. You have a proactive approach to your tasks, you can prioritise your tasks, and you take pride in always completing them accurately, including routine tasks. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy communicating with a wide range of people. You also bring a good sense of humour to our team.

Your background profile also includes:

  • Bachelor in administration or
  • Front Desk education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish and English
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programme; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
