POST | Shipping equipment for N-Sea Group’s new cable‑laying vessel, Altera
In March and April, we shipped the remaining equipment for the fully integrated cable lay spread on N-Sea Group’s new cable‑laying vessel, Altera.
You can’t help but be a little proud when you see the amazing products our team has been working on for months, being loaded and safely fastened to the trucks.
This shipment included:

➡️ A 15T main deck tensioner featuring breakback functionality
➡️ Electrical carousel drive system
➡️ Cable lay control system built into a container
Right now, the equipment is being installed at the Altera vessel in the Netherlands 💪
