The Chilean Society of Marine Sciences (SCHCM) performs annually Congress of Marine Sciences, an event that brings together academics, researchers and students from universities, research centers and institutes of Chile and Latin America; as well as international experts in the most emerging areas of Science del Mar.
This scientific meeting has become an event of great tradition in Chile, constituting a valuable platform to promote the development of scientific knowledge, the training of new researchers and dissemination of the latest advances in the development of Marine Sciences in Chile and the world.
