NEXUS MK III

The NEXUS MK III multibeam transmission system, developed by MacArtney Underwater Technology transmits high speed digital sonar data from multibeam sonar heads installed on ROV or ROTV systems

The system transmits data from up to two multibeam heads on one or two single or multimode optical fibres

The low speed down link control data for the sonar head (EM300x and Reson81xx) is transmitted through the ROV system multiplexer.

The system consists of a 19" rack mounted top side unit, and a subsea PCB assembly for installation in existing underwater housing.
