Traditionally dynamic cables and terminations have been considered to be the "weak link" in the reliability of underwater systems. MacArtney has always viewed a dynamic cable as a system which includes connectors, mechanical terminations, protection, buoyancy, sheaves, handling systems etc.

To support our in-house engineered designs we also supply a complete range of winch systems, slip rings, cable moulding, underwater electrical and optical connectors, mechanical terminations, penetrators, cable buoyancy, sheaves and cable status indicators fully supported by our in-house DnV ISO 9001 certified quality system and test facility.
