Telemetry

MacArtney A/S is providing telemetry systems which are operating as fully transparent fiber optic interfaces between subsea data & video collection  units and topside control and data presentation. The telemetry systems are primary being used on ROV’s and ROTV’s but can also be fitted to stationary or moored  subsea systems. The use of CWDM (Course Wave Division Multiplexing) has increased the amount of data which can be transmitted over just one single-mode fiber and by that increased the capability of our telemetry products.

Multiplexers
The multiplexer program has been designed and developed during the last 10 years in close collaboration with customers and now form the backbone in many multiplexing systems delivered and installed around the world of today. The first NEXUS multiplexers were designed and used for primary fiber optic transmission of the large amount of data generated
